Easily set up and sync data across all your business apps
Go to PieSync and sign in to your account. If you do not have an account yet, simply create a 14-day trial.
Once you have logged in to PieSync. Search for Engagebay from the list of available applications. Then, select the second application that you want to integrate with.
To connect your EngageBay account, PieSync needs your REST API Key. You can find this in your "Account settings". Then, authorise your second application. You can use the PieSync knowledge base to find your designated application and learn more about the authorisation./p>
PieSync connects both Contacts and Companies. Select the right Customer data type and click ‘next’. If you would like to use both, simply create another connection by clicking on the blue button ‘New Connection’ and walk through these steps again.
You are almost finished. As a final step, edit the default settings so it matches your use case requirements. By default, PieSync will sync all contacts or companies. However, you are in full control of the sync settings. Don’t forget to edit the field mappings and you are ready to go.
