Follow these steps to check for email opens, clicks, and replies and perform certain:
Step 1: Create an Email Broadcast & keep it in the Draft mode.
Step 2: Create a Workflow. Add the action or condition nodes as per requirements.
I. Add a reply-to email and set up an email forwarding.
II. Go to the Email Broadcast in the draft mode -> Send Page ->Add to Workflow.
III. Select the workflow created from the drop-down
IV. Select the following options:
a. “When they opened the email” -> Contacts who opened the email are added automatically to the workflow.
b. “When they received the email” -> Contacts who received the email will be added automatically to the workflow.
