1. Through your dashboard or menu, click on 'Email Templates'. Start by clicking “Create New” or custom button. Create new will show you all the choices available. “Custom” will just take you to the page where you can build custom template using pre-built blocks.
2. Once you click “Create New”, you will see all the options available. You have the option to choose from pre-designed templates, create something custom, create a plain-text template, manually code your own or even import templates from external sources.

4. Move each element by holding down the move icon on the upper left corner of each element.
5. Click on each part of the element to make changes to the - fonts, sizes, colors, etc.
6. To access additional editing options, click on the 'Detail Editor' button.
7. To add an element to your template, click the plus (+) button.
8. Once done, click the 'Save' button and name your email template.
9. It should now be showing on your 'Email Templates' list.
If you choose to code your own template, it can be manually coded or by importing a template from external source. It will bring you to the editor where it has a preview pane on the left side and the code editor on the right. This builder requires intermediate to advance HTML and CSS coding skills.
